Delivery Time:

Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific shipping times. Shipping durations may vary due to factors such as seasonal volume, weather conditions, and customs processing for international orders.

Our standard shipping generally takes 2 to 4 weeks for most countries. For faster delivery, we offer an express shipping option, which takes 7-14 days after dispatch.  

 

Shipping Costs:

 Zone 1 Countries:

 • We offer free shipping on orders over $65.

For orders below $65, a $4.95 fee applies for the Standard shipping option.

The Express/Premium shipping option is available for $49.95.

 

Zone 2 Countries:

All orders are shipped via a Premium shipping option with a $49.95 shipping fee.

 

Shipping to Over 150 Locations :

 We proudly offer international shipping to more than 150 locations worldwide. However, if your location is one of the few we are unable to ship to, we will reach out to you directly to resolve the issue.

 

How Can I Track My Order?

 Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details. We will also notify you via email or SMS when your package is in transit and ready for delivery, keeping you up to date every step of the way.

 You can track your order by entering your order number and email address on our website.

 

Lost or Missing Packages:

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before completing your order, as Benzbae is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information or other factors. If the issue arises from an error on our part, we will take full responsibility for your original order and correct it at no additional cost.

 

Customs:

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may apply once your items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and consent that one or more packages may be sent to you and that customs fees may be charged upon arrival in your country.

 

Tracking Your Parcels:

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking details sent to the email address you used when placing your order. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam or promotions folders, as our emails may have been incorrectly filtered.

Due to stock availability, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. In some cases, only one tracking number will be provided even if your order is shipped in multiple parcels.

 

Uncollected Parcels and Wrong Shipping Address:

If you fail to collect your parcel or provide an incorrect shipping address, the parcel will be destroyed. Benzbae will not be responsible and refund for the above reason. Please supply the correct information on your order, as incorrect addresses will mean you do not have buyer protection.

 

My Tracking Says, “No Information Available At The Moment”

 For some shipping companies, it may take 3-5 business days for tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available on your tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

 

Will My Items Not Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
